The very first day you will be guided for local walk through village and forest fringed for animals and birds. Wake up early for a jeep safari inside Theppakad forest of Mudumalai Tiger Reserve. That afternoon you will also get another jeep safari in Bandipur National Park. Muduamalai and Bandipur safari area is rich in wildlife and a very active zone of Tiger and leopard. Sloth bear, wild dog, spotted deer, sambar deer , wild gaur etc are other big mammals of this habitat .JUNGLE CAMPING IN WATERHOLE AREA

You will be guided for a walking safari in the morning. In the afternoon you will be transferred to waterhole camp in Zingara forest area. The campsite is a rugged hide out for wildlife photography and animal watch. An evening dusk-ride for big cats will also be provided from the camp. Sit on a fireplace in the camp sharing experiences of local guide about Muduamalai and late night watch of animals. No night walk will be allowed. One more day in the camp exploring wildlife and birds of the area on foot and jeep. All meals will be provided in the camp.ABOUT THE CAMP

The jungle camp is rugged, but with basic facilities. Toilet attached mud house and a small cottage is the only facilities available. Kitchen and guide area are nearby. Tree top watchtower for watching the waterhole is also in the setting. All camping gears like sheets, matress, blankets etc will be provided in the camp. Those who are looking for standard jungle lodges will get jeep safari and walking safari in the waterhole camp area with accommodation in respective resorts
